La residencia Du Parc representa uno de los ejemplos racionalismo Italiano de los años 70. Realizado por los arquitectos Laura Petrazzini y Corrado Levi en 1971, el edificio se construye completamente en hormigón armado y su elegante arquitectura ofrece espacios amplios y luminosos.

En el interior se encuentran piezas de diseño originales de los años 60 y 70 como la lámpara parenthesis de Achile Castiglioni y Piero Manzú, la silla Marsala de Michel Ducaroy, obras de Michelangelo Pistoletto o cuadros de Mario Schifano.

El proyecto surge de la intención de reformar un número determinado de los apartamentos originales para adecuarlos a la nueva normativa y dotarlos de un nuevo carácter para su uso.

En una primera fase se interviene sobre la remodelación de dos apartamentos piloto, modificando ligeramente su distribución original y trabajando sobre todos los elementos del proyecto, desde la arquitectura interior hasta la ejecución de todos los detalles de decoración. Esto servirá como punto de partida para la segunda fase del proyecto donde se interviene sobre 28 apartamentos elegidos por la propiedad.

The Du Parc residence is an example of Italian rationalism from the 1970s. Designed in 1971 by architects Laura Petrazzini and Corrado Levi, the building is made entirely of reinforced concrete and its elegant construction offers spacious and light-filled rooms.

Inside, there are original design pieces from the 60s and 70s, such as the clamp lamp by Achile Castiglioni and Piero Manzù, the Marsala chair by Michel Ducaroy, as well as works by Michelangelo Pistoletto and paintings by Mario Schifano.

The project was born from the intention to renovate some of the original flats to adapt them to the new provisions and give them a new character for their use.

In the first phase, work is being done on the remodelling of two pilot flats, slightly modifying the original floor plan and carefully working on all elements of the project, from the interior design to the realisation of all decorative details. This phase will be the basis for the second phase of the project, which will focus on the redesign of 28 selected apartments.

Die Residenz Du Parc ist ein Beispiel für den italienischen Rationalismus der 1970er Jahre. Das 1971 von den Architekten Laura Petrazzini und Corrado Levi entworfene Gebäude besteht vollständig aus Stahlbeton und bietet mit seiner eleganten Bauweise großzügige und lichtvolle Räume.

Im Inneren befinden sich Originaldesignstücke aus den 60er und 70er Jahren, wie etwa die Klemmleuchte von Achile Castiglioni und Piero Manzù, der Marsala-Stuhl von Michel Ducaroy, sowie Werke von Michelangelo Pistoletto und Gemälde von Mario Schifano.

Das Projekt entstand aus der Absicht, einige der ursprünglichen Wohnungen zu renovieren, um sie an die neuen Vorschriften anzupassen und ihnen einen neuen Charakter für ihre Nutzung zu verleihen.

In der ersten Phase wird an der Umgestaltung zweier Pilotwohnungen gearbeitet, wobei der ursprüngliche Grundriss leicht modifiziert wird und alle Elemente des Projekts, von der Innenarchitektur bis zur Ausführung aller dekorativen Details, sorgfältig bearbeitet werden. Diese Phase dient als Grundlage für die zweite Projektphase, in der die Umgestaltung von 28 ausgewählten Wohneinheiten im Mittelpunkt steht.
